The Bay Harbor Yacht Club lifestyle is composed of many sporting activities
and HEALTH & FITNESS is a fabulous part of the Club's growing list of amenities.

The
Adult Fitness Programming for 2008 is challenging and FUN!
Cardio Tennis: Join the Club's Tennis Pros on Tuesdays,
Thursdays and Fridays at 9:00am on the Courts. Cost: $10/session
Tennis Clinics are held for women on Wednesdays
at 10:00am and are followed by open play at 11:00am. Clinics
are held for men on Saturdays at 9:00am and are followed by open
play at 10:00am. In addition, men's open play is held
on Monday evenings at 6:00pm. Clinics: $15/session
Master Swimming Program participants meet at the Swim Club every
Saturday at 9:00am to get an invigorating workout or swim at
thier own pace. If you are a former swimmer who wants to get back
in shape, an athlete who wants to train for competition, or simply
a recreational swimmer, the Club's instructor can provide you
with a custom workout or you can swim on your own. It's a fun, supportive
group with social activities outside the pool. On Mondays, meet
your friends for a fun swim at 9:00am. Both sessions are available to all BHYC Members.
Pilates Mat Class is offered on Mondays,Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00-10:00am. Come and work your core with this relaxing, stress reducing Pilates class. $20/ Session
Personal Training: We can schedule the perfect trainer
for you. Available year-round. Cost: $60/hour
