Property ownership is not a requirement for membership and there is a variety of membership categories to choose from, designed to suit individual lifestyle needs. Members enjoy full access to the 63,000 square foot Clubhouse amenities, as well as the Club’s Racquet Sports Center, private beach, and member-only programming and events. Our renowned Club offers unrivaled fitness, wellness, social and leisure amenities.
Membership Categories
Regular
Reserved for Bay Harbor property owners. Regular members and their qualified dependents, including children under the age of 24, enjoy full, year-round access to all BHYC amenities, programs, activities and events. Only one membership is required for residents who own multiple Bay Harbor properties. Adult children and grandchildren ages 24 and above are eligible for a Legacy Membership.
Non-Resident
Reserved for individuals who do not own property within the Bay Harbor community. Non-Resident members and their qualified dependents, including children under the age of 24, enjoy full, year-round access to all BHYC amenities, programs, activities and events.
Annual
Reserved for individuals leasing property in Bay Harbor, including long-term home or boat slip rentals, or Bay Harbor residents who own property in non-mandatory associations. Annual Memberships are valid for the first two years of membership. Following the first two-years, Annual members have the option of upgrading to a Regular or Non-Resident Membership, and will receive a credit toward the initiation fee. Annual members and their qualified dependents, including children under the age of 24, enjoy full, year-round access to all BHYC amenities, programs, activities and events.
Winter
Seasonal membership reserved for individuals who do not own property within the Bay Harbor community. Winter members and their qualified dependents, including children under the age of 24, enjoy full, seasonal access to all BHYC amenities, programs, activities and events. Seasonal access occurs during the months of October 1 – May 31.
Legacy
Annual membership reserved for the children or grandchildren of Regular members ages 24 and above. Legacy members and their qualified dependents enjoy full, year-round access to all BHYC amenities, programs, activities and events. Legacy members are not required to pay capital fund contribution or responsible for the annual minimum.
