Bay Harbor Yacht Club provides breathtaking views and exceptional service for both guests and members year-round.  Some of our amenities include several exquisite restaurants, multiple recreational programs and activities, and large event spaces.  BHYC has also expanded our amenities to make way for new opportunities including an aquatics and fitness area and expanded dining.

Culinary

Join our Culinary team and gain hands-on experience preparing and presenting exceptional dishes for our members and guests throughout the summer season.

Food & Beverage

Our Food & Beverage team delivers outstanding dining experiences across multiple venues, offering a fun and fast-paced environment for seasonal staff.

Programs & Activities

Our Activities team leads the summer Kids Camp, creating a fun and memorable experience for our youngest members through games, crafts, and outdoor adventures.

Housekeeping

The Housekeeping team takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for members and guests throughout the club and surround facilities.

Racquets

Be part of the action on our tennis and pickleball courts, assisting with lessons, events, and daily operations in a lively club setting.

Internships

Summer internships are available in Marketing & Membership, Events, and Food & Beverage—offering hands-on experience in hospitality and club operations.
